That’s when I decided to cut the fat.
I downsized. I went back to the basics. I took advantage of the things that I could control.
People thought I was crazy.
Saying things like, “You’re doing so much better than most people around here!”
Sure, that may have been true. But I wanted so much more.
After months of shifting my entire wholesale business around, developing a few new methods, and taking advice from some REAL top business execs, things began to change.
